The EXE Kokomi Naruse + is a realistic looking sleeve with a 3D hole interior and a closed-hole design. The closed-hole design give a slight suction feeling when you squeeze the air out as you enter the hole. The inside of the sleeve is full of realistic skin like folds and crevices. The seemingly random pattern of folds and nubs are actually systematically designed as shown on the box. The front and back are the tightest areas with the middle area concentrated on stimulation. These folds also help retain lotion during use in addition to providing stimulation.
