For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will credit or replace
for DEFECTIVE and INCORRECT items only.We will NOT accept opened items for
return or exchange unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
You must contact us when you have received a defective or incorrect item
and are requesting either a refund or replacement. Our Returns Department will
handle your return smoothly.
All items must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery for
product refund or exchange.
Items returned without original packaging or have been opened will NOT
be accepted so please keep all packaging for the 15 day return period.
In your return package please include:

Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an
authorized return, if the returned item is found to be the correct item or in
perfect working condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
